Himachal Pradesh Police have arrested Harvir Singh, a resident of Morinda in Punjab, in connection with the pro-Khalistan flags hoisted at the entrance of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly at Dharamsala recently.With less than six months to go for the state election, the government was under pressure from all quarters for an early breakthrough in the case.
