The Sirhind feeder canal will remain closed from November 22 to December 27, 2021. An official spokesperson of the Water Resources Department said that the Sirhind feeder will remain closed for works of relining from November 22 to December 27 for 36 days. Keeping in view of weather and the status of crops, the department has decided to initiate the works of relining of the canal. A notification has also been issued in this regard
