After Tirupati deputy mayor Abhinaya Reddy, son of Andhra Pradesh MLA B Karunakar Reddy, allegedly cut off the water supply to Tirupati airport and staff residential quarters, Union Minister for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya M Scindia said necessary action would be taken.
On Twitter, the Union minister wrote that the issue would be examined and the passengers and staff at the airport would not face any further inconvenience.Jyotiraditya M Scindia wrote, “We will examine the issue at our end and take necessary action. Passengers and staff at the airport will not face any further inconvenience.”This week, the Tirupati airport and staff residential quarters faced disruption in water supply. This happened after a dispute between Renigunta airport manager Sunil and Tirupati deputy mayor Abhinaya Reddy.Abhinaya Reddy allegedly cut off the water supply after the airport officials allegedly denied him entry to the airport.
