Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is all set to introduce the new Rs 100 note. Here are some of the new features that makes it unique. With color lavender the 100 rs note has its identity of its own, also the new note has distinct design like motif ‘Rani ki Vav’ on the back side.
‘Rani ki vav’ is a stepwall situated in the town Patan in Gujrat, a UNESCO recognized world heritage site. This beautiful architectural marvel was built as the memorial to the 11th century king Bhima. Recently in 2016 ‘Rani ki Vav’ bagged the tittle of ‘cleanest iconic’ place in India.
Moreover, the new note is smaller and fancier looking than the old one.

Also, this is the first note which is completely home made.
