  • On Wednesday, Chandigarh Administration declared 27 micro-containment zones in the city to contain the virus. They are: parts of Sectors 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 29, 32A, 32D, 35A, 37A, 38D,40C, 41A, 42B, 46B, 46D, 47, 52, 63, Pipliwala Town, Indira Colony, Behlana, Mauli Jagaran, and Vikas Nagar.

Chandigarh Administration on Wednesday decided to discontinue practice of pasting posters on quarantined houses and stamping on hands of quarantined persons.
