To ward off Covid 19 fear, Tata Motors starts delivering cars within a safety bubble

Taking various steps to mitigate the spread of coronavirus, Tata Motors, has brought in a new setup to deliver its cars and SUVs called the ‘safety bubble’, an initiative under Sanitised by the company. The initiative also covers deep cleaning and sanitisation of the vehicle along with measures to reduce direct physical contact with the new cars.

According to Tata Motors, this step has been taken to shield the cars from bacteria and viruses. Up until now, the company had been delivering its cars after having conducted a meticulous sanitisation process, in light of the pandemic.

The safety bubble is in the form of a plastic canopy, a transparent plastic bubble that would reduce physical contact during the delivery process. The company claims that this new method ensures that the cars are shielded from germs while the car or SUV is waiting for the new owner at the dealerships.

The safety bubble will be seen at more Tata dealerships in the coming days.

Earlier in August, the company had also launched other special additions to the buying experience of its cars. Tata Motors offered a new range of health and hygiene products for its customers. These products ranged from air purifiers to driver screens and even special car sanitizers. These new accessories are being offered as genuine accessories across the company’s dealerships.
