Ukraine President Zelenskyy has asked his Russian counterpart Putin to “sit down” for negotiation amid the ongoing war between both the countries.
“I don’t bite,” Zelenskyy said further. A video released by Zelensky’s office Thursday showed the informally dressed Ukrainian delegation walking into the meeting room where they shook hands with Russian delegates in suits and ties.
President Vladimir Putin has warned Ukraine that it must quickly accept the Kremlin’s demand for its “demilitarization” and declare itself neutral, formally renouncing its bid to join NATO.
