As per the latest guidelines of MOHFW, GOI, PGI will start administering covid 19 vaccine in advanced paeditric center to all the children aged 15-18 years of age.
These children will receive two doses of covaxin at an interval of 28 days intramuscularly in the arm from 3rd January onwards. Parents can register their children on the Cowin app. Later from 10th January onwards all the HCWs FLWs and elderly with comorbidities will be receiving the precautionary dose as per the GOI guidelines in LT -1 Nehru building, informed officials.
