Congress President Sonia Gandhi has appointed former MP of Chandigarh Pawan Kumar Bansal as the Incharge of Administration in AICC. He got the important position in the wake of a shakeup done by Congress President which also led to some existing General Secretaries getting removed.
He has been appointed as AICC Incharge (Administration) as well as permanent invitee to Congress Working Committee (CWC)
Bansal thanked the Congress President in a tweet. He mentioned , ” I thank Congress President, Smt. Sonia Gandhi ji for assigning me a responsibility in AICC.@INCIndia@RahulGandhi“
