Mr & Miss India International Star auditions held at Mohali Club

To provide a platform to youngsters, a tricity-based event management company ‘NFMG’ organised an auditions for Mr & Miss India International Star at Mohali Club. As many as 200 participants participated in it and 100 were selected for the semi-finals.

Before the auditions of were held in Mohali, as many as 1,000 participants gave an online audition from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand and Delhi, and out of these 200 were selected.

The auditions at Mohali Club was judged by NFMG founder & director Gaurav Rana and Indian model & Big Boss 13 runner up, Asim Riaz. The judges screened the participants and finally selected the 100 youngsters for the semi-finals, which is going to be held at the end of January, 2021. The grand finale will be held in February, 2021. The participants were screened through personality development test, IQ test, and dress sense.

Rana said that the top three winners will get a prize of ₹2 lakh and will also get the opportunity to work in modelling and acting assignments.

Gaurav Rana said, “The objective of organising the event was to provide a professional platform to youngsters of North India. We were actually looking for 50 young talented youngsters but we got many more than that. We are now conducting 2 mega-events in January and February under the banner of ‘Mr. and Miss India International Star 2021’, which will be judged by our special guests, MTV Roadies fame Rannvijay, film & TV actor Karan Kundra, TV actress Mahira Sharma and Asim Riaz.” 

Asim Riaz said, “It was a treat to watch such immensely talented young people in the auditions. It was nice to see that many who participated came from small towns and cities to showcase their talent. It is a big struggle to create an identity for yourself in the entertainment industry and such platforms provide a launching pad for talented youngsters.”
