Mohali Civil Surgeon Dr Adarshpal Kaur has clarified that the second dose of Covishield vaccine is being administered to only three categories of international travellers. These categories include those students who have to travel abroad for the purpose of education. The second category consists of people who have to take up jobs in foreign countries and the third category includes athletes, sportsperson who have to participate in the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo or the staff accompanying them.

The above categories of International Travellers can get attested these documents from SDM, Circle Revenue Officer, BDPO, MC. EO, Labor Inspector, AETC / ETO / Excise Inspector, SHO, RMO and elected representatives of the local and urban bodies.
