Secretary Health, UT Administration, Yashpal Garg conducted a surprise late-night checking at various city based government hospitals. Despite finding many shortcomings during this checking, Garg refused to take any action and insisted that officials should perform their duties wholeheartedly. He also announced that this exercise will continue in coming months in order to get a feedback on ‘improvement’ in functioning of government hospitals.
