Kolkata Rape-Murder Accused Sanjay Roy Displays ‘Animal-like Instincts,’ Shows No Remorse

The psychoanalytic profiling of Sanjay Roy, the primary accused in the gruesome rape and murder of a Kolkata doctor, has revealed disturbing insights into his psyche. According to a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officer, Roy is described as a “pervert” with an “animal-like instinct,” showing no remorse for his heinous crime. The case has sparked national outrage due to the brutal nature of the incident, which occurred at the state-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.

Roy, a man who has struggled with intense porn dependence over time, talked over everything that had happened without pausing once or displaying any sign of regret during his interrogation session. According to the cop’s observation, Roy included every part of the whole occurrence he talked about which indicated that he didn’t feel any guilt for his actions. While taking a 36-hour shift as an intern at the hospital where she worked as a doctor, the victim was attacked in the seminar hall while resting. The postmortem showed she had been raped and beaten badly before she died from strangulation. It also listed down 16 external injuries plus nine internal ones on her body.

Roy was apprehended by authorities a day after the crime, following the discovery of key evidence linking him to the scene. CCTV footage captured Roy entering the building around the estimated time of the crime, and his Bluetooth headphones were found near the crime scene. Additionally, several pornographic clips were discovered on his mobile phone, further highlighting his perverse tendencies.

The investigation has raised suspicions of a larger conspiracy surrounding the murder. The CBI has been conducting extensive inquiries, including questioning Dr Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of RG Kar Medical College, for several days. Allegations of financial irregularities against Dr Ghosh have also surfaced, prompting further investigation. The authorities are considering polygraph tests on Sanjay Roy, Dr Ghosh, and other individuals involved in the case.

This shocking incident has not only brought attention to the brutal crime but also highlighted potential systemic issues within the institution, with ongoing investigations aiming to uncover the full extent of the circumstances leading to the tragic death of the young doctor.
