KKR openers Aaron Finch and Venkatesh Iyer started slowly but confidently when they were pursuing a small overall score. They staged fifty-run partnerships before Finch played a crucial knock of 38 runs. Still, Iyer who was in a good state of form carried on and made 51* from 42 balls. In the match Nathan Coulter-Nile, Piyush Chawla, and Sunil Narine bowled out, giving 51 runs in 12 overs and picking up 4 wickets between them.
