In addition to the nation’s pride, badminton sensation Lakshya Sen has become the first Indian ever to reach the men’s singles semifinals at the Olympics.  Defeating Chou Tien-Chen of Chinese Taipei in a thrilling encounter, Sen’s remarkable journey showcased India’s hard work in badminton.
