In Haryana, schools will open from November 2 for students from Class 9 to 12. Students can come to the schools if they have the written approval of their parents and there no pressure will be put on them to attend the school. Digital learning will be encouraged and if the students want online classes despite opening of the school, then the school management will have to provide it.
The standard operating procedure (SOP) of the State Disaster Management Authority Haryana has to be fully implemented. The school education department also issued instructions to all district education, district basic education and all district project coordinators in this regard. Action will be taken against schools and coaching institutes for not following the SOP.
