Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property on the occasion of Navratri and Dussehra. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of more than 100 sites for IT, hotel, hospital, industrial, commercial and residential at Mohali, New Chandigarh and Rajpura.
The e-auction commenced at 9am on October 10 and will end at 1pm on October 26, 2020.
An official spokesperson said that 55 booths, 6 SCO/ SCF, 2 industrial plots, 9 IT plots, 20 residential plots, three hotels, one school and two hospital sites are available in the e-auction.
Apart from this, one petrol pump, five commercial sites and three group housing sites would also be put on auction.
