According to the update on the Clerk Recruitment Examination on the website of Chandigarh Administration, the stenography test will be conducted on December 5 and for clerks, the date for computer typing test has been fixed from March 21 to 23. The computer typing test will be conducted on December 6, 12, 13 and 14, as per the new dates.
The admit card for the stenography & typing test examinations will be sent to the candidates on their registered email ids.
In 2019, the Chandigarh administration had recruited around 400 applicants for the posts of clerk and stenographer. Its typing test had been pending for nine months due to Covid-19 pandemic. More than 3,000 youths of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh were waiting for the examination of clerk/stenographer.
