CBSE board exam 2021: Oct 15 is last date to register

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced registration process for CBSE Board examinations 2021 for all schools under its aegis.

The CBSE Board 2021 registration includes filling up the exam forms for students of classes 10 and 12 as well as registrations for students of Class 9 and 11.

For classes 10 and 12, the registration process was completed last year. Now, the schools need to fill the examination forms.

Affiliated schools are required to register the students of classes 9 and 11 for the Board examinations and last date to submit the List of Candidates (LOC) for CBSE 2021 board exams is October 15, 2020.

If your ward’s school has not yet contacted you for the same, it is strongly advisable for you to reach out to the school administration for the same.

The registration process of Class 9 and 11 students is the official enrolment of the student with the Central Board of Secondary Education Board. It is mandatory for a student to appear in the board examinations.

CBSE affiliated schools are required to submit a list of students to the board after due checking and processing. In addition to filling the form, registration fee on the basis of chosen subjects has to be paid as well during the process.

Fill the details carefully

The required students’ details are: date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhar card number, subject details, mobile number and email address. Students and parents must be very careful while submitting these details as once submitted, they cannot be changed later. Moreover, these details are later used for all official documentation.

CBSE has not announced any changes in the academic calendar till now. The date sheet for CBSE Board exams 2021 is likely to be released by the end of November. There are also rumours that CBSE may cancel Class 10 board examinations for 2021. These, however, are not substantiated and all parents are advised to refer only to the official website and trusted news channels for confirmation of any such information.
